Our customer service department is here to help with any issues regarding returns and refunds. Here's what you need to know:
Federal regulations prohibit us from accepting prescription returns. Please do not mail back prescription medication(s).
If a medication has arrived damaged due to shipping, simply contact the BioScrip customer service department:

Orders made through Health & Beauty are purchased through drugstore.com and are subject to their shipping and delivery policies. Inquiries can be made at drugstore.com.
NOTE:
Shipping should not be charged to your HSA or FSA card.
