For orders being sent to a street address, all shipping methods are available. For orders being sent to a P.O. Box, only standard shipping is available. We do not ship outside the U.S.
Order Processing
Here's what you can expect:
- If you select standard shipping, it will take between 10 - 14 business days for USPS to deliver.
- If you select expedited shipping, or if your medication(s) need special shipping such as refrigeration, we will ship your order by FedEx or another priority carrier.
- If we experience any issues with processing your order and cannot resolve it within 5 business days, we will call you to explain the delay. Some examples that could cause a delay:
- BioScrip is waiting on a response from your doctor to obtain or clarify a new prescription.
- The prescription claim is having problems processing through on the insurance information provided in the order.
- The credit card has been declined for the copay amounts indicated by your insurance.
